You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phweek Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phweek will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify phweek immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
phweek is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, or other government-issued photo ID. phweek may request KYC documents at any time and may restrict account functionality — including withdrawals — until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All deposits to phweek Accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). phweek accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. phweek may impose transaction limits at any time for security or compliance purposes. All funds deposited must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
phweek does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own service charges. phweek has no control over or liability for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided your Account is in good standing, your KYC verification is complete, and no withdrawal holds are in effect. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phweek does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, receiving bank or e-wallet provider fees may apply.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the withdrawal amount must not include uncleared Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements; (b) phweek reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests as required under anti-money laundering obligations; (c) withdrawals must be directed to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the phweek Account holder. phweek may delay or decline withdrawal requests that cannot be validated against these requirements pending further verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phweek Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not authorise you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any phweek content; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) reverse-engineer or decompile any phweek software; or (d) use any phweek intellectual property for commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of phweek's intellectual property is a breach of these terms and may infringe applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phweek's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your phweek Account at the time the claim arises.
phweek shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages; (b) loss of anticipated winnings, profits, data, or goodwill; (c) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phweek's reasonable control, including network outages, natural disasters, or actions of government authorities; (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits phweek's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
phweek reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phweek has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon closure of an Account by either party, any real-money funds remaining in the Account (net of any amounts subject to forfeiture under these terms) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to verification. Bonus funds are not refundable upon account closure.
You may close your phweek Account at any time by contacting phweek's customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR regulations. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions.
phweek encourages players to raise disputes directly with our customer support team in the first instance. phweek is committed to investigating and resolving all player complaints fairly and within a reasonable time. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with phweek, and the matter falls within the jurisdiction of PAGCOR's player complaint process, phweek will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication.
phweek reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform functionality, or business practice. Where changes are material, phweek will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered players and/or a prominent notice on the phweek Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Minor or administrative amendments — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights — may take effect immediately without prior notice. The current version of these Terms & Conditions, with the effective date, is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
